Pre-Launch Perks for Waitlist Members

New users who join the Google Circle waitlist between Dec 1 and the February 2026 launch are eligible to earn rewards. To view the full Kindred Circle Rewards Program Terms and Conditions, click here. Below is a quick summary of how it works:

1. Joining the Waitlist

• Joining via a referral from a founding member: $250 reward
• Joining through the public waitlist: $125 reward

2. Invite Friends

• Each friend you invite earns $125 in travel rewards.
• You earn $25 for every friend who joins the waitlist.
• Pre-launch rewards are travel rewards only. You will not earn Kindred credits for friends who join the Google waitlist, even if they become verified members.

3. Upload Photos Early

• Upload your home photos before launch in early 2026 to earn an additional $100 reward.

4. Maximum Rewards

• Waitlist members can earn up to $750 total in rewards.

Reward Redemption

All earned rewards will be consolidated into a single coupon issued at launch of the Google Circle in February 2026.

Redemption Details

• Rewards cannot be used before launch.
• Once available, rewards can be applied toward cleaning and service fees at checkout.
• Members are still required to spend travel credits for each night of their trip.
• Coupons may also be applied toward a Kindred Passport.

Eligibility

• To redeem their reward, new users must verify their ID and their home (by uploading photos) before confirming any trip booking.
• Homes that do not meet Kindred’s quality or eligibility standards may be placed on our waitlist. In those cases, rewards cannot be redeemed.

Expiration

• All coupons must be redeemed within one year of launch.

FAQs

• When will I get my voucher? All earned rewards will be consolidated into a single coupon and issued at launch of the Google Circle in February 2026.
• Can I use my earnings across multiple trips? Yes. Your coupon will automatically apply to your next trip in full. If there’s any remaining value after that booking, the leftover amount will roll over into a new coupon and be automatically applied to your following trip.
• Who is eligible to join the Google Circle? Anyone who is currently at Google or has worked at Google in the past is eligible to join the Circle, including current employees, past employees, contractors and interns. Googlers and Xooglers are verified using work email addresses and LinkedIn.
• Can I book any home on Kindred with my rewards?  Yes, once the Circle launches and rewards are issued, they can be applied towards any home on Kindred, regardless if that home belongs to the Google Circle or not. In order to confirm a booking on Kindred, everyone must verify their ID and home by uploading photos.
• What does my referral need to do for me to earn $25? Referrals need to join the waitlist which requires the person you refer to share their personal email, name, home city and verify they are a past or present Google employee.
• Which home photos are required to earn the $100 reward? You’ll need to upload at least 5 photos showing your living room, kitchen, and primary bedroom so guests can get a clear sense of your space.
