Kindred Circle Rewards  Program Terms and Conditions

The Kindred Circle Rewards Program (the “Rewards Program”) allows qualified existing Members who became Kindred Members before December 1, 2025 (“Founding Members”), and Eligible Leads who join the Employer Circle waitlist (“Circle Member”) (each a “Referring Party”) and who work at (or have worked at) Employer to join Kindred’s Employer Circle (“Employer Circle”) and receive Rewards (as defined below) towards Fees after launch of Employer Circle by (i) referring current and former Employer colleagues who had no email or phone number associated with Kindred prior to December 1, 2025 (“Eligible Lead(s)”) to join the waitlist for the Employer Circle; (ii) offering booking availability to Circle Members, or (iii) uploading home photos, each as further described below.  In order to join the waitlist, Eligible Leads must submit their personal email, name, home city and verify they are a past or present Employer employee through the signup flow.  By participating in the Circle Rewards Program and/or clicking “I Agree” when joining the waitlist, you signify that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this policy (“Policy”), our Terms of Service (“Terms”), and our Privacy Policy, which govern your participation in the Circle Rewards Program.  Capitalized terms that are not defined here will have the same meaning given to them in the Terms. 

Eligibility & Redemption

Kindred’s Circle Rewards Program cannot be used by businesses or individuals for affiliate lead generation or posted on discount sites. To be eligible for Referral Rewards, each Referring Party, Eligible Lead, and any individual who join the Employer Circle waitlist through a public link must be: (1) eligible to use Kindred’s Services as defined by the Terms; and (2) be a current or former employee of Employer (verifiable through LinkedIn or e-mail).  Once accepted as a Member and Employer Circle has launched, Eligible Leads are eligible to: (1) make Reservations at Members’ Homes within the Kindred network, and (2) limit Guests for their Homes to those in the Employer Circle. Only Founding Members will be eligible for Availability Rewards and only Eligible Leads will be eligible for Photo Upload Rewards (both, as defined below). 

Rewards can only be redeemed for Fees in connection with future Reservations of a home on the Kindred Platform once Employer Circle has launched and Rewards-holders meet all of the requirements to become a Member on the Kindred Platform.  Kindred has no obligation to launch Employer Circle and does not guarantee that Eligible Leads or Referring Parties will be removed from the waitlist at any time.  

For clarity, this Circle Rewards Program and the Employer Circle are offered solely by Kindred, without any sponsorship or endorsement by, or affiliation with, Employer.

How to Receive Referral Rewards

To receive referral Rewards vouchers usable towards payment of Fees incurred in connection with Reservations (“Referral Rewards ”) the following needs to occur: (i) Referring Party must send an Eligible Lead their unique referral code (“Referral Link”); and (ii) Eligible Lead must click the Referral Link submit the necessary information to join the waitlist for the Employer Circle.   

A Referring Party will receive $25 in Referral Rewards for each Eligible Lead invited to the Employer  Circle who joins the waitlist for the Employer Circle (up to the Rewards Limit described below); Eligible Leads invited by Founding Members and who become Circle Members will receive a $250 Referral Rewards and all other Eligible Leads who become Circle Members, as well as any individuals who join the Employer Circle waitlist through a public link, will receive a $125 Referral Rewards (up to the Rewards Limit described below).  A Referring Party will not receive Kindred referral credits, or any other credits, for Eligible Leads who join the Employer Circle waitlist with their invite code, regardless of whether that Eligible Lead goes on to become a verified member.

Prohibited Referral Conduct

  • Multiple Referrals Received by Eligible Lead. An Eligible Lead may only use one Referral Link. If an Eligible Lead receives Referral Links from multiple Referring Parties, the Eligible Lead may only use one Referral Link and obtain one Referral Reward. Notwithstanding the foregoing, once an Eligible Lead becomes a Circle Member, such person  will receive their own Referral Link to act as a Referring Party and may obtain additional Referral Rewards. 
  • Existing Customers. Existing Members cannot send themselves Referral Links (for example, by using a different email address to send a Referral Link to yourself). Sending yourself a Referral Link and using that Referral Link does not qualify you for any Referral Rewards and is prohibited. 
  • Applicable Laws. You agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations and guidelines, including, but not limited to the CAN SPAM Act and the Federal Trade Commission’s Guides Concerning Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising (“FTC Guides”), available at https://www.federalregister.gov/documents/2023/07/26/2023-14795/guides-concerning-the-use-of-endorsements-and-testimonials-in-advertising.  You understand that the Referral Rewards you receive from Kindred might materially affect the weight or credibility that Eligible Leads or other consumers give to your statements. For this reason, you will not post, tag, review, or otherwise speak about or refer to Kindred, directly or indirectly, without disclosing such connection (even if you have previously posted about the Kindred Platform with a disclosure), including the fact that you were afforded any Referral Rewards or other consideration, benefits, or any free products or services from Kindred. Such disclosure must be unavoidable and must appear clearly and conspicuously and in close proximity to any statements you make about Kindred, its products and services, and/or the Services performed regardless of the space limitations of the medium. Such disclosure must be easily understandable and accessible by ordinary consumers of the targeted audience and in the same language as your advertisement. The specific form of any such disclosure will be in compliance with the FTC Guides. Any distribution of your Referral Link in violation of the FTC Guides, or that could constitute unsolicited commercial email or "spam" under any applicable law or regulation is expressly prohibited and will be grounds for immediate termination of your account, exclusion from Circle Rewards Program and the Employer Circle, and forfeiture of any Referral Rewards in your account. This includes mass emailing, texting, or messaging people you do not know or using automated systems or bots to distribute your Referral Link. 

How to Receive Availability Rewards

To receive availability rewards vouchers usable toward payment of Fees incurred in connection with Reservations (“Availability Rewards”), the following needs to occur: a Founding Member must add an availability block of at least five (5) days on the Founding Member’s home profile (“Availability Block”) starting after the Employer Circle has launched and ending before December 31, 2026 that will be for the exclusive use of Circle Members. Founding Members will receive $100 in Availability Rewards for adding this Availability Block. Founding Members will not receive any additional Availability Rewards for adding additional blocks of availability. If a Founding Member removes the Availability Block before those dates pass, the Availability Rewards will be revoked.

How to Receive Photo Upload Rewards

To receive photo upload rewards vouchers usable toward payment of Fees incurred in connection with Reservations (“Photo Upload Rewards”), the following needs to occur: an Eligible Lead must upload at least five (5) photos of the Eligible Lead’s home in conjunction with the Eligible Lead’s standard membership sign-up before Employer Circle is launched. Eligible Leads will receive $100 in Photo Upload Rewards after completing this step and after Kindred has verified the home meets the Company’s acceptance guidelines. If an Eligible Lead removes any photos before Employer Circle is launched, the Photo Upload Rewards will be revoked.

Kindred's General Rewards Policy

Referral Rewards, Availability Rewards and Photo Upload Rewards are collectively referred to as “Rewards”.  In no event will Circle Members or individuals who join the Employer Circle through a public link earn more than $750 in total Rewards, and in no event will Founding Members earn more than $1000 in total Rewards, through this Program.  Founding Members, Circle Members, and individuals who join the Employer Circle through a public link  in countries outside the United States will receive Rewards equivalent to the amount described here but measured in their local currency.

Rewards are issued for promotional purposes only; they have no cash value and may not be transferred or exchanged for cash. Rewards can only be redeemed on the Kindred Platform once a Rewards-holder satisfies all of the requirements to become a Member and the Employer Circle has launched.  Members can view their current Rewards balance via their Kindred account. Rewards are automatically credited to any Fee for any Reservation at checkout. Your Rewards will automatically apply to your next trip in full. If there’s any remaining value after that booking, the leftover amount will be automatically applied to the next Reservation. Subject to relevant laws, you have 12 months from the date Employer Circle launch to use them, and after the 12-month period expires, any unused Rewards will be forfeited.

If for any reason you believe that there is a discrepancy regarding your Rewards balance, please contact us at hello@livekindred.com. We may require that you submit additional information to make a determination regarding your Rewards balance. All decisions regarding Rewards balances will be final and at Kindred’s sole discretion.

You are responsible for any tax consequences that may result from the redemption or use of Rewards. Where applicable, Kindred may be required to account for VAT on any Services for which the Rewards are redeemed.

Severability

If any provisions in this Policy are held to be invalid, void, or unenforceable, such provision (or the part of it that is making it invalid, void or unenforceable) will be struck and will not affect the validity of and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

Termination and Changes

Kindred may suspend or terminate the Circle Rewards Program or your ability to engage with the Circle Rewards Program at any time for any or no reason. The scope, variety, and type of services and Homes that Members may obtain by redeeming Rewards can change at any time.

Kindred reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to verify the eligibility of anyone seeking to participate in this program.  If Kindred determines that any individuals referred by a Founding Member or Circle Member  for the Employer Circle, or who have applied to join the Employer Circle waitlist through a public link, is not an Eligible Lead, based on the individual’s email, LinkedIn profile, or other publicly available information, Kindred reserves the right, without limiting any remedies available at law or under the Terms, to remove the associated individuals from the Employer Circle or Employer Circle waitlist, terminate the associated individual’s membership with Kindred, and cancel any Referral Rewards issued to such associated individuals in connection therewith.

We reserve the right to suspend Members or remove Rewards if we notice any activity that we believe is abusive, fraudulent, or in violation of this Policy, our Terms of Service, or Code of Conduct. We reserve the right to review and investigate all referral activities and to suspend Members in our sole discretion as deemed fair and appropriate. Subject to relevant laws, if the Circle Rewards Program is terminated, any Rewards will be forfeited at that time.

Updates to the Referral Terms

We can update this Policy at any time without prior notice. If we modify this Policy, we will post the modification on the Kindred website or Services, which are effective upon posting. Continued engagement with the Circle Rewards Program, the Platform, or the Employer Circle after any modification shall constitute consent to such modification.
